This week we released a new version of ProForma, forms and templates for JIRA. The forms system has been updated to support new question types. We have also made it easier to change between question types and to add information or text to your forms.
The new question types are:
This update brings ProForma closer to being on par with the functionality of other form systems, such as Google Forms; however, ProForma allows you to attach multiple forms to an issue. We have also updated over 100 process templates so that the template forms take advantage of these new question types.
TIP: The information form component supports HTML, so you can format the text to meet your particular needs.
